To be honest I’m not really into getting an iPhone right now so all the problems today with bricked phones and iTunes being down wouldn’t have affected me.

But I do love my iPod Touch and as of yesterday, in my excitement, I have already got the new version of iTunes and downloaded my fair share of Apps.

I stayed up til after midnight just hoping they would let me download the 2.0 for my Touch and when they didn’t I decided to set my alarm a bit earlier so I could have my iPod ready for a day at work.

So there I am, first thing this morning with my Redbull,  all bleary-eyed logging onto iTunes and what do I get?

LAME.

Now I’m watching the clock til I can go home and get my Apps but as far as news goes, things look grim.

I can’t understand why they didn’t just release the 2.0 before the release of the iPhone 3G and because of that all I’m left with is an App-less iPod and a whiny blog.
