A week ago, music artist John Mayer wrote a report to iTunes when an application froze up on him. Because he is John Mayer, Apple replied immediately (4 Days Later) and though I didn’t read the entire blog I can assume they were simply gushing and asking Mr. Mayer to be Apples’ personal Wonderland.

The problem John reported was, and I’m guessing here, handled with extreme urgency.

Mayer might have been quoted as saying, “Those guys at Apple sure are starf***ers!” This all could be true but honestly I didn’t read any of it.
